Mr. Al-Dabbagh is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Dabbagh Holding Group, a family conglomerate headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The first company of Al-Dabbagh Holding Group was founded in 1962G. Over 30 years of experience, His Excellency held the position of Governor (with a rank of Minister) of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (currently the Ministry of Investment) for two 4-year terms. In addition, he was elected as a member of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry for two consecutive terms. Also, he was appointed as a member of the Makkah Region Council for two consecutive terms. In addition to his chairmanship and membership in many boards of directors of local and international Companies.

Scientific qualification :
Bachelor of Business Administration of King Abdulaziz University.
