Founded in 1967 by H.E. Abdullah Al-Dabbagh in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the company was originally known by the name “Red Sea Office for Trade and Marketing
Pioneers in the housing industry
1976
Established early roots in the manufactured housing industry by importing units from the United States of America
Production begins
1983
Commenced production from the first manufacturing plant in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Roll out through the middle east
1991
Opened manufacturing plant in Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Expansion in the middle east
1998
Completed manufacturing plant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
New manufacturing centre in west africa opens
2005
Entered West Africa with manufacturing plant in Accra, Ghana
IPO and opening of new branch offices
2006
Listed on Tadawul, Saudi Stock Exchange; opened branch offices in Algeria, Nigeria and Qatar
Expanded across the world with multiple branches
2009
Opened new office in Libya and a branch in Papua New Guinea
